Forget 12-step routines. Four well-chosen steps, morning and night, will out-perform a crowded shelf.

Skincare does not need to be complicated to be effective. In our humid, high-UV climate, a focused four-step routine — done consistently — beats an elaborate regimen you abandon after two weeks.
Morning: protect
- Cleanse to remove overnight buildup.
- Treat with your concern-specific active (brightening, acne, etc.).
- Moisturise to keep the barrier comfortable.
- Protect with broad-spectrum SPF — the most important morning step.
Night: repair
- Cleanse to remove sunscreen, pollution and sweat.
- Treat with night actives while skin repairs.
- Repair & moisturise to support overnight recovery.
The golden rules
- Introduce one new active at a time.
- Give each product 6–8 weeks before judging it.
- Never skip morning sunscreen.
