Your satisfaction matters to us. Because skincare is a personal and hygiene-sensitive category, our policy balances fairness with safety.
What can be returned
Unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.
What cannot be returned
- Opened or used products, for hygiene reasons.
- Prescription medicines, which cannot be returned once dispatched as per regulations.
How refunds work
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For any issue, our support team is the fastest way to a resolution.
